## Our corrections policy

Property prices and specials come only from the daily feed, and fees and status are dated and sourced. When a community or a renter tells us a fact is wrong, we check it against the community's published information or a written confirmation, fix it within one business day, and log it here. If a fix changes a number you were quoted, we tell you directly.

We correct facts. We don't remove accurate numbers at a community's request, and commission rates never affect the score, sort, placement, recommendations, or alerts.

### How do I report an error?

Email hello@newapartmentsaustin.com or text 512-000-000 with the building name, the field, and the correct value or source. Communities can send corrections the same way.

### How fast do you fix errors?

Community corrections are made within one business day and logged here with the date.

### What happens to a price you can't confirm?

Stale prices hide, and unconfirmed specials don't publish. We'd rather show nothing than an old number.

### Can a community pay to change its listing?

No. Commission rates never affect the score, sort, placement, recommendations, or alerts. Corrections fix facts only.

### Can you guarantee a price or approval?

No. The community sets both price and approval. We confirm them in writing before you sign.
